If you're not happy with your Aegis Spaces subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to both the monthly and yearly plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@aegisspaces.co.uk and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
